The price for 100 sq m of land rose by 3.4% to average $23,854, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported on 21 April.
The prices increased due to an increase in demand for cheap land lots located mainly in the Binagadi, Azizbeyov, Surakhani and Sabunchu districts of Baku.
