Azerbaijan, Lankaran, 13 June / corr. Trend P.Aliyeva / The road leading towards the Lankaran city airport will be expanded to 12m, Metleb Ibrahimov, the director of the Architecture and Construction Department of Lankaran City Administration, said.
According to Ibrahimov, more than 30 kiosks, trade, construction and other facilities, which are at the side of the road, will be fetched down and the road, which is in 1.6m length and 6m in width, will be reconstructed in line with the modern styles. Measurement, inventory work and draft of the project have been carried out.
Ibrahimov said that owners, who have legal documents for the property, would be provided with the properties at a distance 30m away from the roadside or at other place, where the properties would be built again.
The construction work is nearing to completion in the Lankaran City Airport. It is expected to put the airport into operation in September.
