Azerbaijan, Baku, 19 July / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova/ In June, average price in Baku's land market rose 0.7% from May to $25,684 per 10 sq m, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported on 18 July.
In June, empty land lots comprised 74.7% of 863 hectares of the land available at the market.
Amount of land sale and purchase operations did not increase in June and market's activity was weak. Exposition period of land lots increased in June by 3.1%, which resulted from lack of juridical documents for available land lots.
According to results of a monitoring, in June, land demand was greatest in Baku's suburbs and country sites, which is cheaper than that in the centre of the city.
In June, the most expensive land lot in Baku (Narimanov district) was sold for $257,143 per 10 sq m, the cheapest (Garadag district) for $300 per 10 sq m.
