Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 July / Trend /The International Transport Forum 'Trans Eurasia - 2008' will be held in Astana from 24 to 25 September, the company Confidence Energy Ltd (Great Britain), which will held the meeting, reported. The delegation from the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry will participate in the forum.
The Transport Ministers from near and far abroad will participate in the forum.
Forum is held through support of the Kazakhstan Government largest transport and communication complexes, in particular, the National company ' Kazakhstan tamir yoli', Air Astana, Aktaus international sea trade port and Kazaeronavigation.
The key aim of the forum is to develop national transport systems, including transcontinental transport corridors: to evaluate investment possibilities to develop new transport routes, transport infrastructure and logistics, to stimulate development of new markets through forming transport routes; to strengthen intergovernmental cooperation on the two and more basis; to create conditions to cooperate amongst transporters in Kazakhstan, the European Union, Russia, China and other countries in he Central Asian region.
