Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 October/ Trend , corr U. Ismayilova/ "The construction of rehabilitation centers in Azerbaijan will begin next year after the state budget-2009 is approved," Ilgar Rahimov, deputy minister of labor and social protection of Azerbaijan said.
"Rehabilitation centers will be built for those released from jails and neglected children in order to provide them with housing and a job," deputy minister said.
The rehabilitation center aims at helping these persons to return to normal way of life, he said.
"The Ministry is studying the experience of a number of countries including European, as these states care more about problems of former jailors and neglected children," Minister of Labor Fuzuli Alakbarov said in his previous interview.
"We should make every effort so that children will be cared after in their families or foster families," he said.
