Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 November/ Trend , corr U. Ismayilova/ The prices in the first real estate market of Baku went up by 0.6% in September versus August to $1,194 for a sq m, Participants of Real Estate Market public organizations said.
The most rapid price rise took place in Sabayel district (2.6%), Khatai district (1.9%) and Nasimi district (0.7%) of Baku. The average area of the supplied apartments in newly-erected buildings made up 120.1sq m in September.

The number of buildings under construction made up 550 in September. Two buildings were put into operation. A total of 220 companies were engaged in construction during this period. Majority of buildings under construction Yasamal district totaled to 25% of a total portfolio of housing market of Baku.
