Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 November / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / In September the most expensive land was offered for $42,500 for 100sq.m in Narimanov District of Baku and the cheapest - for $400 for 100sq.m in Absheron District, the Participants of Real Estate Market public organization said on 3 November.
Average price of 100sq.m rose by 0.4% - to $25,200 in September as compared to the figure in August. Term of exposition of lands rose by 3.4% - to 184 days in September.
Price cut was observed in Surakhani District (6.3%) and Nizami District (4.5%).
A total of 76.3% of 828 h lands, which were offered to the market in August, were empty lands in September.
