Azerbaijan and Germany to Discuss Issue on HR Management
Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 November / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / A delegation of the Federal Administration for pensionary insurance of Germany will visit Baku to realize regulations, whish have been described in the agreement on strengthening of friendly relations between organizations in 2008 and 2009, Elman Babayev, the head of the department of the State Fund for Social Protection of Azerbaijan (SFSP), said on 6 November.
An agreement between the Azerbaijani Social Fund and the German Administration was signed in December 2007 during the SFSP delegation's visit to Germany.
According to Babayev, five bilateral meetings were held after signing of the agreement. The meetings focused on issues on control over collection of payments on obligatory insurance, individually registration of social insurance and activity in the field of pensionary support.
The sixth meeting, which will take place in Baku, will be dedicated to human resource management.
The German delegation will include Juren Kurper, the head of the HR Department of the Federal Administration for pension insurance of Germany, Wolfgang Jedke, head of the Department for organizational issues, as well as Stephan Lovin, the director of the highest educational institute for preparation of specialists of this field at the Fund.
The delegation will be in Baku from 10 November to 13 November.
According to data of the SFSP, about 1.3 mln pensioners have been registered in Azerbaijan.
