Traffic to be Limited in Baku Due to Energy Summit

Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 November / Trend , corr, J.Babayeva /The traffic will be limited in Baku due to the 4th Energy summit. Summit is scheduled for 13 and 14 November, Vagif Asadov, the chief of the Security Transport and Public Relations Department of the State Traffic Police Office, said.

The traffic will be limited in the avenues of Matbuat, Huseyn Javid, Parliament, Inshaatchilar, Neftanik, Nobel, Heydar Aliyev, Zarifa Aliyeva, Bul-Bul, as well as in squares of Azneft, Azadlig, Fuzuli, in streets of Mehdi Huseyn, Mikail Mushvig, Teymur Elchin, Niyazi and Rashid Beybutov.

The State Traffic Police Office of Baku calls on drivers to limit car driving to escape traffic jam.

The summit will be attended by Presidents of Turkey, Georgia, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania and other countries.

The 1st Energy summit was held in Krakow, Poland in 2006, 2nd - in Vilnius in November 2007 and 3rd - in Kiev, Ukraine in May 2008.
