Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 November / Trend / On 12 November, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev ratified the Agreement on International Automobile Communication, that was signed between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in Baku on 19 May 2008.
The document will take force on the day of issuing.
