Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 November / corr Trend I.Alizade / "The Azerbaijani government considers the change of a composition of consumer basket for calculation of a living wage and its formation again," Sevinj Hasanova, deputy minister of economic development, said at a plenary session of the Milli Majlis during discussions over bill on Living Wage in 2009 bill.
"Changes envisage enlargement of consumer basket with new services and increase of volume of calories. After ratification of changes, the volume of calories on food, included in the consumer basket, will make up 2,240 kilocalories," Hasanova said.
"It is planned to include Internet services and some new services in information and communication technologies into the structure of consumer basket," she said.
