Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 30 / Trend , corr. U.Ismayilova / In November, the prices for construction materials have dropped by 26.3% in Baku as for October, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said. The prices for construction materials increased by 22.7% as compared to the beginning of 2008 and 23% to last year.
The monitoring was held on 83 types and 36 differences of building materials. An increase was observed on 15 types, decrease on 27 types and stability for other 40 types of construction materials
The share of materials manufactured in Azerbaijan comprises 51.2%.
