Chairman of board of Turkmen state commercial Dayhan Bank R. Sopiyev was rebuked for "inadequate discharge of official duties", Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's decree says.
Dayhan Bank is charged to conduct mutual calculations with producers of agricultural production in the country.
Turkmen President sharply criticisized chairman after a report submittted by the Supreme Control Chamber.
The report included disadvantages to supply producers of agicultural production with loan funds necessary for land treatment.
Presently, Turkmenistan prepares for spring sowing. It is planned to gather 1 million tones of raw cotton in 2009.
During the last meeting Berdimuhamedov stressed significance to improve mutual calculations as important term to stimulate villagers' productive work. Even insignificant dereliction is impossible, he said.
