Azerbaijan imported 89,029 cars in 2008, or a 25.4-percent rise from 2007.
The total value of the import cars was $649 million, or a 42.1-percent rise from 2007.
Azerbaijan imported 11,291 trucks in 2008, or a 15.5-percent rise from 2007. The total value was over $232 million, or a 61.1-percent rise from 2007.
Azerbaijan imported 1,490 buses in 2008 with a total value of $61 million. This is a 128.5-percent rise from 2007.
