The Azerbaijani Tax Ministry and Moldovan Finance Ministry held discussions on cooperation and sharing experience. Finance Minister Mariana Durlesteanu visited Baku.
At the meeting with Tax Minister Fazil Mammadov, Durlesteanu said Azerbaijan has achieved great success in using advanced IT systems in the tax sector. Moldova hopes to study its experience in the sphere, including the use of GDP deposit accounting.
Mammadov touched upon the country's achievements in the tax and IT sectors.
The sides also reviewed the economy and tax policies in Azerbaijan.
