Prices on homes dropped 2.1 percent to $1,066 per square meter on the primary market in Baku in February, the MBA Group consulting company said on March 17. Elite homes reduced in price by 5.1 percent in Baku.
During this period, the number of the constructed and opened buildings made up 542 units. While a part of the city's fourth zone amounted to 22.7 percent on the market portfolio in February 2008, the figure increased to 23.4 percent in February 2009, which is connected with low prices in the area.
