No problems with state budget in Georgia: prime minister

There are no problems with fulfillment of state budget in the country, Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri said at the meeting of Georgian government on March 17 answering the question of Georgia's President Mikhail Saakashvili opened the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"There were small problems in certain directions but we strengthened work in other directions and managed to compensate these shortcomings, Gilauri said. Presently, there are no problems with fulfillment of state budget."

Incomes from customs duties gradually increased in March after certain slump in January-February, Minister of Finance Kakha Baindurashvili said.

"Customs duties reduced 10-15 percent in Georgia as a result of the world crisis. But we mobilized all our resources that will enable to reduce losses to minimum," minister said.

All freights will be transported through the border in on-line regime soon, Minister said.

"Cameras will be installed in all check-points and I will be able to observe situation on the border in my cabinet," Baindurashvili said.
