In January and February, 2009, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) of Azerbaijan carried out foreign trade operations at $18.3 million, NAR permanent representative office in Baku said.
Exports added 19.8 percent, or $14.6 million, and imports - 80.2 percent, or $3.6 million, to the total trade turnover.
NAR's trading partners are Turkey, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Germany, Japan, etc.
