In March the most expensive land plot was offered in Narimanov district of Baku ($330,000 per one hundred sq.m) and the cheapest in Sabunchu district of Baku ($350 per one hundred sq.m), public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said.
The average price for one hundred sq.m in Baku reduced 3.2 percent to 21,630 compared to February. The period of exposition of the land plots rose 1.8 percent to 215 days. A considerable drop was observed in the Binagadi District of Baku - 6.3 percent.
Price increase was not observed in any district of Baku, but 3.9 percent reduction was recorded in Sabail district.
