Azerbaijan Kredit Banki will hold a next general assembly of shareholders on 2008 financial activity on June 27, the bank said.
The general assembly will focus on results of the bank's auditor inspection held by Deloitte&Touche, approving 2008 financial accounting, reports of the board on 2008 financial indicators, as well as injection of changes and amendments to the bank's regulations.
The assembly will take place at the bank's central office at 11:00.
The bank is a member of the Azerbaijani Banking Association, Mortgage Fund, as well as active participant of the Baku Stock Exchange and International Banking Operations Seminar SWIFT. The bank joined the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) on Aug. 10 in 2007.
