The State Securities Committee registered the issue of nominal non-documentary shares of the Azerbaijani Rabitabank on June 17.
A total of 75,000 nominal non-documentary shares with a nominal cost of 20 manat have been registered. A total of 1.5 million manat share issue registered.
Bank's aggregated capital was 12.04 million manat as of May 1, compared to 14.7 million manat as of April 1. The authorized capital is 8.5 million manat.
