Azerbaijan's State Securities Committee has registered emission of inscribed and paperless stocks of Azerbaijani NBC Bank on June 16, the committee said.
As many as 149, 984 inscribed and paperless stocks worth 104 manats each have been registered. The volume of emission is 15.598.300 manats.
NBC Bank was founded in 1992. It has 7 branches with five of them being based in Baku.
On June 17, the official exchange rate is 0. 8039 manat to $1.
