Azerbaijani Bank of Azerbaijan granted mortgage loan this week for the first time since the moment of renewal of mortgage loan program, the bank said.
The first borrower of the bank was 33-year old Malik Nasirov. Sum of loan hits 46,410 manat. But term hits 25 years. Nasirov bought two-roomed flat. It refers to second dwelling market.
Nasirov applied to the bank in mid. of June. Despite term of document consideration can hit 1 month, he became the first owner of mortgage loan of Bank of Azerbaijan as a result of operative work of bank employees, Bank of Azerbaijan said.
Bank of Azerbaijan also intends to grant mortgage loans actively in future by thoroughly studying each client and supporting idea of mortgage loan renewal. According to terms of Mortgage Fund, Bank of Azerbaijan also gives preferential mortgage loan.
Bank of Azerbaijan enters 18 local banks entitled to grant mortgage loan.
