State Service for Control on Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan withdrew nearly 200 kilograms of expired food products, said the Ministry. Amongst them there were sausage and confectionary products, vegetable oils, milk and dairy products, soft drinks, baby food, powdered tea, and others.
Protocols on administrative violations have been drawn up with regards to two legal entities and three individuals.
In general, after the decree by the President of Azerbaijan on approval of amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations on 17 May 2009, 26 entities have been fined in a total amount of 100,500 manat and 122 individuals - 183,500 manat.
