Placement of ordinary registered shares of "Technikabank" OJSC will be started on BSE.
The volume of the issue is 14.8 manat, face value per share 1,000 manat.
Presently, authorized capital of the bank is 26.912 million manat.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"Technika Capital Management" LLC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase shares can apply to an organization being the member of "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
