Depositary portfolio of Azerbaijani Parabank increased almost half within year and hit 42.17 million manat in May, the bank said.
Deposits of physical entities hit 75-85 percent of depositary portfolio of the bank. As of January 1, 2009, depositary portfolio of the bank hit 36.14 million manat (14.8 million manat in foreign currency). This index increased 16.7 percent and hit 42.17 million manat in May (increase 46.95 percent to 21.78 million manat in foreign currency), message said.
This index increased 49.05 percent compared to May 2008.
Average rate on loans granted by the bank hits 26-27 percent annually but maximal term of loan is 2 years. Average rate on deposits is 17-17.5 percent but maximal term of drawing - 4 years.
On July 11, the official exchange rate is 0.8043 manat to $1.
