In the first half of 2009, Azerbaijan put into operation the facilities worth 505.3 million manat, of which 376.7 million manats - industrial properties the State Committee on Statistics reported.
Housing Fund of Azerbaijan amounted to 510,300 square meters.
Roughly 2.345 billion manat was invested in construction-assembly operations within reporting period. Growth hits 5.3 percent per year.
Roughly 2.67 billion manat was invested in construction of production facilities within this period. Decrease was 6.4 percent per year.
Roughly 421,400 square meters of real estate was put into operation in Azerbaijan in January-May. This index is by 1.7 percent more compared to the figure of the same period of 2008.
