Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov signed the decree to ensure financial stability, strengthen branch and regional development, improve accounting in ministries, departments, organizations, as well as enterprises irrespective of property forms.
Upon this document, structure of central balance commission under the Turkmen Ministry of Finance was approved. The ministry is charged to design and approve exemplary provisions on balance commissions of ministries and departments, as well as hakimlik velayat (regional administrations) and Ashgabat and conduct coordination and control over activity of these commissions.
