Iranian government allocates $1 billion for Iran Khodro Company to combat against crisis

Iran Khodro company (Iran Khodro investment development Сo) faced economic crisis. The Iranian government allocated it $1 billion to save the company, MEHR Iranian information agency said.

Roughly $500 million of funds allocated for the company by Iranian Council on Finance and Loans will be given to Iranian banks. Rest half of funds will be gained owing to sale of shares of Parsian Iranian bank, preliminary sale of production of İran Khodro, increase of major capital of İran Khodro company and sale of small enterprises of the company.  

Iranian Central Bank will control realization of this project. Moreover, bonds will be delivered for sale to save the company.

Sale of İran Khodro's shares dropped the lowest level at Iranian exchange in the last months.
