The State Veterinary Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan continues monitoring in swine farms in the country, the head of the press-service of the State Service, Yolcu Khanveli said.

The State Veterinary Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan continues monitoring in swine farms in the country, the head of the press-service of the State Service, Yolcu Khanveli said.

"According to the results of the monitoring that is held today as well, no fact of "swine flu" was revealed and the situation is stable," said Khanveli.

According to him, despite that the "swine flu" is mainly transfers from person to person, the State Service carries out passive and regular monitoring of swine farms.

The fact of swine was revealed in Azerbaijan for the first time, said the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan on July 30.

According to Azerbaijani Ministry of Health, one Baku's resident and one Ganja's resident were infected coming from France (on July 27) and Great Britain (July 29). 

State of patients is satisfactory. At present, they are treated by doctors.
