To provide the point 1.6 of Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev's decree No. 792, dated July 4, 2008, on applying the law on "Vehicle", the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has approved rules of passenger and luggage conveyance by vehicle.
The rules of conveyance have been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution 141, dated Sept. 17, 2009.
The resolution has come to power since its signing.
