The Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes has registered a representation of U.S. Boeing International Company, world's leading aerotechnics producer, through "single window" in September, 2009.
The Azerbaijani subsidiary of U.S. Boeing International Company, which was founded by the American Boeing International Corporation, passed state registration on 14 September 2009. Rifat Roy Kocal heads the subsidiary.
Boeing is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aviation, aerospace and military technology with the headquarters in Chicago. As of the end of 2008, the company has employed more than 162,000 people. In 2008, the company's revenues amounted to $60.9 billion (in 2007 - $66.4 billion) and net profit - $2.7 billion ($4.1 billion).
