Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has received about 100 orders for Japan's first passenger jet, the Nikkei business daily reported Friday.
The group has received a big order from Trans States Airliner, a US regional carrier based in Missouri, the newspaper said in its online edition, without naming its sources, AFP reported.
The Japanese company has already received an order from All Nippon Airways for up to 25 of its Mitsubishi Regional Jet, which is currently under development.
