The State Supervision Service on Consumer market at the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry removed roughly 110 kilogram of the expired products from retail sale points during the monitoring, the ministry said.

Monitoring carried out in the Sabunchu district of Baku, as well as in the Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan. The expired food products include sausages, confectionery products, vegetable oils, natural juices, beer, milk and milk products, mayonnaise, and cosmetics.

Protocols on administrative violations have been complied.

Generally, after the Azerbaijani president's decree on amendments and supplements to the Code of Administrative Violations, dated May 17, 47 enterprises have been fined worth 181,000 manats and 461 individuals - 688,000 manats.
