It is advisable to introduce 'single window' to formalize real estate in Azerbaijan, president of Baku Brokers Association, Vafadar Akhundov, said on October 15.
"Introduction of 'single window' in registration will promote 100-percent-growth of the market's activity," Akhundov said.
He said that at present there are many land plots in Baku. Their owners do not risk building houses there due to difficulties while drawing up the documents.
"Drawing up of both land plot and construction can take several months," Akhundov said.
'MBA Group', broker companies 'New Europe' and 'Baki Emlak' are founders of Baku Brokers Association. The association passed registration in the Azerbaijani ministry of justice in October 2008. Annual membership fees for legal entities are 300 manat in the association, but 100 manat - for physical entities.
