On Oct. 10, Tbilisi hosted a presentation of the first Georgian cigars and brandy to be produced by "Adjara tobacco" and "Brothers Askaneli", organizers of the event said on Oct. 16.
The Adjara tobacco company has already started production of the Georgian cigars. In the first year, high-grade tobacco produced in the highland villages of Adjara was sent to Honduras, where first Georgian cigars Gonio was produced from the Georgian tobacco and Latin American black tobacco.
The Georgian cigars will be presented together with the Brothers Askaneli brandy company, which operates on the market since 1998 and produces wines of 22 names, eight brands and chacha in two species.
