The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved the reporting format in connection with the forming, using and providing the state grain fund with credit, financial and material reserves.
The Cabinet's decision came into force on Oct.14.
Under the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's decree, the State Grain Fund was transferred to the Emergency Situations Ministry (ESM) from 2008 and therefore the power to regulate public stocks of grain and flour throughout the republic have been transferred from the Agriculture Ministry to the Emergency Situations Ministry.
The reporting format is based on the rules on storage and use of the state grain fund approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. Under the rules, the Ministries of Economic Development, Finance and Agriculture have been instructed to prepare reporting forms.
The grain fund has to monthly submit to the governmental customer (ESM) information about the volumes and movement of grain to the points of its storage.
