The Baku Realtors Association enlarged its number of founders by admitting the appraisal company Caspian Property Services, Executive Director of the Association Elnur Azadov said on Nov.2.
"Henceforth, the association has four founders, including Caspian Property Services, another consulting company MBA Group and real estate companies New Europe and Baki Emlak," Azadov added.
According to Azadov, in addition to the expansion of the founders, the association also announced a desire to work in accordance with a new strategic development business plan which stipulates involving all active market participants into the association, improving professionalism in the real estate market and etc.
The business plan is designed for 18 months.
The Baku Realtors Association was registered at the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry in October 2008. At present the association has 60 members, including legal entities and physicals. The association membership fee is 300 manat.
The Association's main tasks are to outline standards for the operation of real estate activities in Azerbaijan, to establish a center for specialized training, and to introduce a Realtors system of certification.
