Azerbaijan, Baku, Nov. 2 / Trend /
The total volume of transactions for the period of January-October 2009 for all securities traded in Baku Stock Exchange was 3 045.349 million manat, the BSE reported on Nov. 2.
The overall corporate securities market increased by 39.66 percent. Meanwhile, the secondary market of corporate bonds increased for more than 3 times. However the primary market of corporate bonds increased by 35.32 percent.
The highest growth rate was observed in the secondary market of equities, which jumped by 13 times. However the primary market of equities increased by 0.16 percent.
There is an increase in trading activity of primary and secondary markets of Government Bonds, for 1.74 and 1.71 times, respectively.
