Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow asked the government to accelerate the preparation of the 2010 draft state budget and to submit the document for review to the Cabinet of Ministers.
"Success in implementing all plans and programs depends on the state budget for 2010," the Turkmen president said.
