A delegation of Israeli agricultural companies is visiting Azerbaijan this week.
The Israeli Embassy in Baku invited the businessmen to Azerbaijani as part of a program to attract foreign investors to the local agricultural sector.
The delegation includes Prinir, AgriCo, Soli Ltd., Netafim and GAT. The companies have years of experience and are interested in the Azerbaijani market.
During the visit, the delegation is meeting with leading local companies and visiting the Samukh, Ganja and Shamkir regions.
Upon their arrival, Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Lavon-Lotem said he will work to promote major deals between companies from the two countries.
