PricewaterhouseCoopers has presented International Insurance Company (IIC) Development Strategy 2010-15 for the IIC Board.
The IIC informs that the presentation was dedicated to discussion of the Strategy's first stage the covered assessment of the general situation at the insurance market and development of strategic options of development.
The second and final stage to be prepared in the near future will cover detailed elaboration of the Strategy, in particular definition of key targeted indicators, strategic projects, optimization of operation model and plan of Strategy realization. Development of Company's Strategic Business Plan should become the final result of the debates.
When preparing the Strategy, it was taken into account both experience of insurance markets of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, other countries and all the processes and tendencies adherent to insurance markets at stage of their formation and primary development.
We can say with confidence that Development Strategy being prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers for the IIC will help latter's further growth and strengthening at the insurance market of Azerbaijan, especially under conditions of post-crisis period.
IIC was established by the International Bank of Azerbaijan in 2002 with charter capital of 8.8 million manats and being one of the largest at the domestic insurance market renders services on 37 types of insurance.
