The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue of nominal paperless collateral bonds of the Omni Finance non-bank loan organization.
According to the State Committee for Securities, placement will be held through open subscription in the Baku Stock Exchange.
The amount of the issue is 500,000 manat. The nominal cost of one bond is 500 manat. In total 500 bonds were issued.
Omni Finance joined to the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association in late November.
