The Association of Baku Realtors plans to discuss the issue of introducing a system of certification of realtors on Dec. 29 during its general meeting, executive director of the Association Elnur Azadov said.
"Until now, the country has not certified real estate activities," said Azadov. According to him, the meeting will also discuss increasing the number of members of the Association for further development work, as well as real estate sphere in the country.
Today, the Association has 16 members, and six other realtors appealed to the Association for membership. "The question of admitting them to the Association is also the topic of discussion at the meeting," said Azadov. The membership fee for legal entities is 300 manat, for individuals - 100 manat.
At the first stage, the certification of realtors will be realized at the expense of the Association. In the future, we plan to apply to international organizations for the implementation of certification within a concrete project, said co-founder of the Association, general director of consulting company MBA Group Nusret Ibrahimov.
Official rate on Dec. 25 is 0.8033 AZN/USD.
