The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered issue of bonds of the Azerbaijani Mortgage Fond (AMF) worth 75 million manat Dec. 30, the Committee reported
The Committee registered 75,000 non book-entries, unsecured, registered bonds with nominal value worth 1,000 for each bond
The placement of the bonds was launched on June 16, 2009. So far, bonds worth 49 million manat were fully placed. The total emission amounts to 55 million manat with 1,000 manat nominal value for each bond.
AMF issued 1,600 loans in the amount of 67 million manat from Jun.1 to Dec.1 2009
On Jan. 5, the official exchange rate is 0.8029 manat to $1.
