Azerbaijani real estate market is expected to drop by 10-13 percent in prices in the first half of 2010, MBA Group Secretary General Nusret Ibrahimov said
"This tendency on the market is linked with the situation both in the global economy and domestic real estate market, and in the construction sector," Ibrahimov said
Ibrahimov said prices will stabilize in the second half of the year, but they may remain at present level, and at worst will be even lower. The market activity increases by 15-18 percent from this period, Ibrahimov said
"Activity growth is expected due to the second housing market," Ibrahimov said
