Azerbaijan has registered Caspian ship construction and repair Ltd, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes single window section said.
The message said Caspian ship construction and repair Ltd was registered with authorized capital worth 10 manat on Dec. 14, 2009.
Chingiz Aliyev is a legal representative of the company. Panamanian Trans marine united corp is a founder of Caspian ship construction and repair Ltd.
