Jan.14-15, Georgian Finance Minister Kakha Baindurashvili will visit Philippines to participate in regional forum "Impact of global economic and financial crisis," organized by the Asian Development Bank in Manila.
Baindurashvili is a trustee of the Asian Development Bank by the Georgian side.
The forum will discuss the consequences of global economic and financial crisis on developing countries, the finance ministry told Trend .
During the visit, the minister will hold meetings with the bank's leadership, persons responsible for lending to public and private sector entities.
The meetings will discuses Georgia's cooperation with the Asian Development Bank in the following areas: improvement of road, municipal and urban infrastructure, rehabilitation of water distribution system, as well as prospects of cooperation between the bank and Georgia, and the issue of allocation of budgetary support in 2010.
