The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) announced a tender for creation of electronic statistical database system and analytical accountancy, the CBA reported.
The tender will be held at the CBA's administrative building at 3:00 local time, March 10
Interested companies must submit:
- a written application to the desire to participate in the tender
- obtain bank certificate by paying tender fee
- document indicating legal status
- financial status over the past year
- certificate of absence of tax liabilities
- work experience in the similar projects
Tender fee is 1,000 manat
The participants must transfer money to the CBA's account
Electronic statistical database and analytical accountancy system should be created within two years from the date of signing the contract. The terms may be revised based on the winner's offer
Tender bids will be estimated on two criteria to choose winner: price and technical characteristics.
The companies who carried out at least two similar projects over the past five years, have service in Baku, implement independent legal and financial activity at least three years are allowed to participate in the tender
