Azerbaijan registered 389 issue of housing certificates worth 277.2 million manat, whose object were 82.240 square meters of living area in 2009, the Azerbaijani State Securities Committee reported.
Number of emission increased by 52 percent and property area sold through these certificates increased by 3.1 times compared to the same period of 2008. Total housing certificates issue extended by 14.1 times
Some 1045 mortgage securities were issued in the report period, which exceeds by 303.5 percent the same index in 2008. Additional registration of mortgage securities increased by 228.6 percent to 746 units
Some notes worth 259.1 million manat were issued in this period, which exceeds the same index by 4.4 times in 2008
In 2009, the committee registered 174 collateral securities which is lower by 51 percent the index in 2008
